Paul Hudson (Guitarist/Producer) Philosopher, Warrior, Poet. Paul was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in a small town in Northeastern Ohio. Paul brings his Midwest roots into everything he does on and off the stage. Raised on Hee Haw and Led Zeppelin, Paul grew up with musical influences ranging from Glen Campbell, Herb Alpert, Arthur Fiedler, Ray Coniff and Frank Sinatra, eventually discovering Jimmy Page, Angus Young, Edward Van Halen and Brad Paisley. In 1984 he was accepted into the Studio Guitar Program at the University of Southern California based on a demo tape he recorded on a rented 4-track cassette machine in his dorm room at boarding school. He immediately embraced Southern California and knew he had found his home. After graduation, Paul played professionally in groups including Zoo Station, Lost Weekend and Whitey's Fault. In addition to his live and recording work, Paul has composed music for various corporate clients including Halliburton, Adobe Systems, the American Film Institute and the Los Angeles Times for which he scored a series of movie trailers that aired in virtually every theater in Southern California and were viewed by over 8 million people. Relatively reserved offstage, onstage Paul comes alive and his animated virtuosity has entertained countless fans over the years. He has played with Billy Sheehan, Queen Ida, Bobby Vinton (Paul's Polish Grandmother's would have been so proud!) and countless other world-class musicians. Paul fuses Rock 'n Roll, Country, Folk, and Heavy Metal into a unique style that is instantly recognizable and delivered with an unforgettable passion and sense of humor that leaves audiences screaming for more!
